SOS is not associated with Top's Taxi in anyway shape or form. The gal over at SOS has real concerns over being associated with a for profit company. I believe this stemmed from a bad past experience and not Top's specifically. I list them on my website to give free advertisement to a good cause, and a cheaper alternative for the Marines that make the least. This service is not an option for just going down to palm Springs to hang out but can make going home cheaper. If they are unable to work with your timeline, feel free to contact us. S.O.S. is a 501C(3) non-profit organization providing active-duty servicemen and women with free transportation, any day or night, between the Palm Springs and Ontario International Airports, and the USMC base at Twenty Nine Palms, CA.
Services
S.O.S. volunteers provide no-cost transportation for active-duty military personnel, their families, and sweethearts. They also provide a sense of family and support to those who call on them. Our volunteers often offer a friendly ear to listen to our servicemen and women

There volunteer pool are not as robust in this area, however they may be able to help with advanced notice.
