A Marine Owned and Operated Taxi

Top's Taxi was originally created by retired Master Sergeant Ray Hugh's.  Mr. Ray Hughs, a communicator by trade attended the Marine Corps Communication and Electronic School known simply as MCCES and later taught the SNCO's and Officers prior to retiring.  Mr. Hughs has had several business ventures in the palm springs are but had a desire to get back to serving those he loved. This desire brought him back to the twentynine palms area with the creation of Top's Taxi.  After a decade, frustration with the governing body and the base caused Mr Hughs to further retire to a nice Florida Lifestyle. Another place that is always sunny!

Many years later and a couple of owners, Tops Taxi is owned and operated by a Marine Master Sergeant with the same mission statement. Serve those that serve. While I am still serving, deploying and even going to the field I pledge prompt and professional service to all patrons of Tops Taxi.
